Riverbend Cellars is dedicated to creating a formal Humboldt County Appellation. Drawing from grapes grown in nearby Pierre Castillou vineyards, and other boutique family-owned vineyards.

Located on the coast of Northern California where the crashing of ocean waves beneath Pacific Star’s cellars “naturally filters wine sediment and salt from sea air deposits on barrels which accelerates osmosis and creates viscous and dense wines.”
Pacific Star acquires grapes from old-vine Mendocino vineyards belonging to friends in the area as well as cultivating its own Pinot Noir grapes.
